Order Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation Policy
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. The time window for cancellation may vary based on different product categories. After the specified window (e.g., 2 hours), the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, if cancellation is allowed, a cancellation fee as applicable may be charged. The time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final. In rare cases, if an order is canceled by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. Agastya Civil Services reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation request. Agastya Civil Services Services also reserves the right to waive off or modify the cancellation time window or fee at any time without prior notice.
Returns Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. if the replacement is approved, the product will be delivered in 7-10 days Refund Policy We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
